our recent stay at a cozy apartment in Dubrovnik was truly exceptional. The friendly host, spacious room with a patio, and amazing homemade breakfast made our experience unforgettable. The location was perfect, with the old town and a beautiful bay within walking distance. We can't wait to come back!

No electric kettle.

i had a really nice stay, with location near the sea. it had a good and brilliant setting next to mini market, bank, money changer, pizzeria, the beach and old town and the old town and the main bus station which is close to the ferry port. the property was 400 metres away from caffe bar giro. everything was great and i got ironing for free.

Brilliant location to centrum, appreciated it. Breakfast was savoury and tasty with variety of food.

Ivana and her husband are absolutely fantastic hosts, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The homemade breakfast was mouthwatering.

Free WiFi! Great terrace! The apartment had a kitchen and dishwasher, so I pretended to cook while ordering pizza 2 minutes away. Breakfast was yummy and the housekeeper was cool!

Oh, just a few stairs and a broken Wi-Fi! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Great value for the money, comfortable and spacious room. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the old town and harbor. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

More breakfast choices would have been nice.

We had a great time staying at Ivana's place for 3 nights. The owners are super nice and accommodating, and the homemade breakfast they serve is really tasty. The location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the old town, and there are mini markets, banks, and a pizzeria nearby. The fact that they allow dogs was a huge plus for us as we have 7. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and easy to clean with a good bed and strong shower. great value for money!

Would recommend this hotel.

The host was friendly and breakfast was tasty. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the city center and a nice bay for swimming. One more advantage was the cozy patio in front of the room.

Finding overnight parking on the street was a bit difficult. The stairs leading to the apartments were narrow and could be challenging if you have lots of luggage or trouble with stairs.
